YESTERDAY WAS AWESOME SHIZZ :D I STILL SUCKED, BUT NOT SO BADLY

I still can't really do recovery, but i can do low brace & edging (on the go). Edging is easy!, bec of last week's 360deg turn hahaha. Low brace is just weird, it's very awkward :/

Mslee: (describing edging) So ... any questions?
Cindy: Got. Can we have lunch?

Spent the first hour revising bow-rescues & it went pretty well until Mslee decided she wanted us to do full caps:

I CAN FINALLY CAPSIZE W/O PANICKING! :D but unlike the guys it's not my second nature to search, i'd rather wet-exit and paddle in a submarine hahaha

Pmz: Mslee you sure it's easier in a submarine?
Mslee: Everything's easier in a submarine. :)
Xun: PMZ I SWEAR TO YOU ITS EASIER WITH AN EMPTY BOAT.

We practiced less-than-one-min T-rescue and i know it sounds unbelievable but we actually managed it :D but we cheated & didn't empty our kayaks fully so we would always go back to shore & empty them properly there :)

Had to relearn J & classic draw since i forgot them both, and while i can draw both on my right, i go haywire on my left -_- Then in despair Mslee decided to teach us long-paddle recovery :D (or Queen's salute)

Kokswee: EH YOU SEE THEY DOING QUEEN ALSO!

Mslee: ONLY TWO PEOPLE (iimelda & pmz) TRIED! YOU ALL LEH?
Us: Don't dare leh!
Mslee: Half an hour and you all sit there hold paddle do nothing? That's it, next week see you in school i see you then i (flaps arms) call you all chicken!

And after that when it was all over we 分工合作 & i collected PFDs & skirts while the others settled the kayaks:

Kaiming: Is today grandmother's day?

Had dinner @ subway, and got this free cookie thing instead of the car we (i) were (was) supposed to win but they ran out of cookies! D: when they came out w a new tray we snapped all of them up hahaha

Walked to the bus stop w the babies to go home:

12'ed home with Iimelda, seeting, jason, kaiming, kokswee & zhenzhou :) and there was a lot of seat-changing, but i kept ending up beside kokswee:

Seeting: (to me) Wah you're like a stalker!
Jason: (to KS) No justin, so you're second in line!

Decided to walk home forgetting that i can hardly see in the dark & the route i took was poorly lit -_-

I hear from mama that next week Mslee intends to video us doing recovery! :O
