i am very good at setting goals and targets, but am absolutely hopeless at keeping up motivation to actualise them so i don't know this will go, but i'm quite determined to have this happen.

and what's this that i'm intending to do?
snail blogging!!!
like live blogging, but slow af.

this will be my september throwback! (￣^￣)ゝ 2016 has really gotten away from me, like the years before that all the way back to 2013 if i'm completely honest, and i.... have very mixed opinions about it. that's 4 years or 1/6th of my life that i will wind up having very little recollection of. they've been some of the roughest times i've gone through (side-eying you 2009/2010), & i'm not mad that i don't have essentially a diary for them, but it also means i've erased all the happy things that carried me through.

i'll be updating this post as events unfold and i think september will be a good month! the tulip festival is back in business; it's my mid-sem break coming up month-end, & my feetsies are getting itchy ☻

✰ 01/09 ✰ appeared in court today as instructing solicitor! we got a more than favourable outcome ( ´▽` )
✰ 03/09 ✰ brunch with love @ the little ox, then a stroll down elwood beach
✰ 05/09 ✰ got me my second happy meal this year!!!! & a Mr Strong book (๑´ᴗ`๑)
✰ 06/09 ✰ lunch break @ ikea with the finance babes! note to us: we're returning

✰ 08/09 ✰ instax fun on the social work students' final official day! + my favourite homecooked meal postponed from ystd ♡

r test run w denise, who's a law kid & loves polaroids, in anticipation of our last day in nov (´ᴗ`)

✰ 09/09 ✰ made this banana bread! it didn't turn out well, my cakes/breads never do ( ╯︵╰ )
✰ 11/09 ✰ the farm café @ collingwood children's farm is such an instagrammable place!!

✰ 13/09 ✰ enfin!! un succès!!!! i will only trust gimmesomeoven from now on, & you can find her orange ricotta pound cake recipe here
✰ 14/09 ✰ satisfied my hot pot craving with the boys ♡♡ mushroom stock ftw!
✰ 15/09 ✰ chaddy VIP night! grill'd had an avocado chips special which was thE BOMB
✰ 16/09 ✰ thai dinner with love & a couple of his MUISS committee members from 3 years back
✰ 18/09 ✰ this time we planned ahead for côte terra! nearby spot bec i had a video assignment due the next day ( ´_` ) but at least i managed to test out my new camera!!!! ✌︎
✰ 21/09 ✰ the love treated me to amazing ice cream straight after an exhausting client interview @ fbmf ♡ then the boys pitched in for bkt dins just like the good ol' days ( ︶ᴗ︶ )
✰ 22/09 ✰ unexpected korean dins with the boys! that spicy fried chicken...!
✰ 23/09 ✰ belated korean bbq hatchday dins for nico ♡♡
✰ 24/09 ✰ first sunny 20 degree day means... TULIP FESTIVAL!!!! ( ◡‿◡✿)

✰ 26/09 ✰ THEY BLOOOOOOOOOOMED

✰ 28/09 ✰ day at the museum! the animatronics @ the jurassic world exhibition were fantasballs :o

satisfied milkshake cravings @ grand trailer park on bourke st afterwards. the onion rings were ✌︎✌︎ but the doughnut really missed the mark #betrayed

✰ 30/09 ✰ fresh air + gelato + bub @ half moon bay makes me a winner, even if we missed the sun (๑´ᴗ`๑)

and that concludes september! that also means
i did it!!!

I LOVE IT THOUGH, i really do! this is my jelly now, other people can have their cross-stitching, bombass bullet journalling, scrapbooking etc what-have-you— i have my 🐌 blogging and i am at peace ♡
