yesterday was spent advocating this:

was quite fun contrary to what i was expecting. met cindy earlier for Carl's junior lunch & (coincidentally in return for being on time) received an awesome "surprise" in the form of

linux baby you managed to surprise me after all, i thought i would be getting a CD but this is so much better ...!

spent about an hour hovering around Cathay promoting healthy lifestyles to (interesting) random people + collecting signatures + giving away forty of these:

which are/is/(whatever) actually quite chio, no? :D there were a couple of familiar faces, not sure if cindy planted them or rly coincidental but thankyou all the same for dropping by :] much love!

then whiled away the next two hours exploring the interior of Cathay & playing bridge w fellow CIP-ers; got on the bus to Republic poly (Mep camp, anyone? z_z) for celebrations. the ride was pretty much o_o full of nonsen (hahaha!) but funny nonetheless

stoned a while outside Agora so we collected our lightsticks & clappers, and left our mark on the YAH board! supposed to write things which we want to accomplish in the new year, so:

had a dinner which was ... okay? didn't rly eat much, was more interested in the walls HAHA. we became the forsaken ones! went to a forgotten corner @ the back of the hall and watch good show kind

but the concert was nubbad! :} there was beatboxing, Indian dance by some Rgs girl, breakdancing plus perfs by two local (hitherto & still rather unknown) songbirds and band

near the end there was some network thing? people on stage threw balls of yarn for everyone to catch and pass on (but we were the forgotten ones). there was also a mass dance, to Nobody!

we were the last volunteers to leave bec we were a little busy popping clappers & balloons. found an orange balloon & played volley w it, which later morphed into some headbutting + knee-ing version x_x

eventually left around 10pm? trekked to Woodlands mrt & train-ed home w eddy, shunan & cindy

someone insisted that cindy & i went on a detour bec going towards cityhall would be faster; so i went to check & the travel diff is 6 minutes
